Mobile Daily Devotional is about providing Christian daily devotional for reading on the cell phone. Most of us have a cell phone, carry it with us all the time. It is a very convenient device for reading daily devotional. Today God Is First, Streams in the Desert, Daily in Christ and Global Prayer Digest are popular daily devotionals that you can now read on your cell phone. These mobile devotional will run on most cell phones that support Java application.

Installation Instructions
To install the application to your cell phone, you’ll need to transfer the jar file to your phone. There are 2 ways to transfer the file. You can either download directly to your cell phone from this web page or download the jar file to your PC and then transfer it to your phone.

Specific guides on how to install java apps on Samsung, Motorola and Sony Ericsson phones.

Download the jar file directly to your cell phone
Open the link to the jar file using the web browser on your cell phone.

Download to your PC to transfer to your cell phone
Download both the jar files to your PC before transferring to your cell phone.

The Bible for Cell Phones
To get the Bible for your java enabled cell phone, go to Go Bible for the King James Version and NET Bible for Java Cell Phones for the New English Translation.

      Hi Manessah, I don’t know of any free NIV bible for mobile phones. It’s due to the copyright of the NIV translation.

    Olive tree or u-version are the only free apps. That I’m famaliar with
    U version will use data charges as it is a mobile version, but technically it’s free.
    Olive tree requires you to download a reader to your computer then transfer to phone. Then download books. But above comment is correct NIV is not public domain. KJV is
    I-phone apps are created by people who use i-phone or want to make money from developing that software.
    Logos has a free i-phone app.

      hi adeola, i’m not familiar with china phone support for java apps. if the china phone has a support website you could post a question there. if the phone doesn’t have any support website, then too bad. that’s the downside of getting china phones. they may be cheaper, but technical support is usually not as good as branded phones.
